The Wedding is a one-day affair which creates memories for the lifetime. The visual picture of the wedding eventually fades away from the mind, thanks to the functioning of the human brain. But the wedding images are what help the brain to remember the good times. After a time looking at the wedding photographs is what the only memory stays. For this, it is essential that the wedding photographs are taken in the best possible manner and each and every essential moment is captured well.

Here are a few positions that should definitely be captured so that a memorable wedding image is maintained

Entry of the groom

Aren’t the groom and his sister in law’s relation the sweetest? When the groom enters, the first group of people who he encounters at the venue is the sisters of the bride. They ask the groom to cut the ribbon and he would only be allowed to enter if a reasonable amount of money is given to them. This creates a funny scene out there which must be captured for wedding images showing how the sister in laws tease the groom and they do not let him enter.

Entry of the bride

Contrary to the entry of the groom, the bride’s entry is one of the most emotional moments of any wedding. Everyone looks at her and especially her family is overwhelmed to see her decked up as a bride. The bride is accompanied by her sisters and brothers who take her up till the wedding stage. Nowadays, the brides have modified their entry and they enter either with their father or without being nervous and shy, they dance along the way.

Exchange of garlands

Exchange of garlands has been taking place since the time Sita garlanded lord Rama at her swayamvar. Since then, the ritual of exchange of garland, often called varmala takes place in almost every Hindu wedding. This is an indication of the bride’s approval for the marriage. In return, the groom puts a mangalsutra across the neck of the bride, indicating the acceptance of the bride as his wife.

Exchange of rings

There are a lot of weddings where the rings are exchanged on the wedding day. This is a beautiful moment to capture. A photographer can even capture the family of the bride and the groom holding their respective rings in a beautifully decorated thali.

Sindoor Application

The bride and the groom are pronounced as husband and wife when they complete the pheras (seven) and the groom applies sindoor on the bride’s forehead. This is the most emotional moment for a bride who has now officially begun her next phase of life. There are a lot of things going inside the bride’s mind and that is quite evident on her face which is one of the best moments to capture for wedding images.

A wedding album can create or make the wedding memories. A photographer should see the wedding as a family member and then capture the moments. The wedding images, then created would be worth it.
